ALL ABOUT INCLUSION
Empowered Multicultural Program (EMP) is more than just a recruitment agency but it is also an organisation that encourages different multicultural communities to become more self sufficient in the workforce. EMP believes that it’s important to educate disadvantaged communities, so that they can become aware of their abilities, which in turn empowers them to become successful members of Australia.
MENTORING PROGRAM
Dealing with people of all multicultural backgrounds it’s become apparent that mental health and other problems that occur within these communities are not spoken about. One of the services we provide is mentoring as it allows migrants and refugees a person that is fighting in their corner. The mentors are put in place to comfort and encourage the individuals to discuss their obstacles so that they don’t feel isolated in their transition into western culture.
